AN ACT To amend the Canal Zone Code to transfer the functions of the Clerk of the United States District Court for the District of the Canal Zone with respect to the issuance and recording of marriage licenses, and related activities, to the civil affairs director of the Canal Zone Government, and for other purposes 93-466 Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, W. AN ACT To suspend the d u t y on synthetic rutile until the close of June 30, 1977 93-471 District of Columbia Public Postsecondary Education Reorganization Act. AN ACT To reorganize public postsecondary education in the District of Columbia, establish a Board of Trustees, authorize and direct the Board of Trustees to consolidate the existing local institutions of public postsecondary education into a single L and - G r a n t University of the District of Columbia, direct the Board of Trustees to administer the University of the District of Columbia, and for other purposes 93-472 Marine Protection, Research, and Sanctuaries Act of 1972, amendment. AN ACT To extend for one year the authorization for appropriations to m p l e m e n t title I of the Marine Protection, Research, and Sanctuaries Act of 1972 93-473 Solar Energy Research, Development, and Demonstration Act of 1974.
