shall transmit to the Congress a report on the study required by this section not later than one year after the date of enactment of this Act Approved August 22, 1974. Public Law 93-384 JOINT RESOLUTION To authorize the erection of a monument to the dead of the First Infantry Division, United States Forces in Vietnam. Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Society of the First Infantry Division—First Division Memorial Committee is authorized to erect (at no cost to the United States or the District of Columbia) a monument to the dead of the First Infantry Division, United States Forces in Vietnam, on the public grounds of the United States in the District of Columbia previously set aside for memorial purposes of the First Infantry Division, adjacent to the monument to the dead of the First Infantry Division, American Expeditionary Forces in World War I, and adjacent to the monument to the dead of the First Infantry Division, United States Forces in World War II. SEC. 2. The design and plans for such monument shall be subject to the approval of the Secretary of the Interior, the National Commission of Fine Arts, and the National Capital Planning Commission. SEC. 3. The Secretary of the Interior shall be responsible for the maintenance and care of any such monument, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to establish a National Park Service, and for other purposes", approved August 25, 1916, and the Act entitled "An Act to provide for the preservation of historic American sites, buildings, objects, and antiquities of national significance, and for other purposes", approved August 21, 1935. Public Law 93-385 AN ACT To amend the Public Health Service Act to extend through fiscal year 1975 the scholarship program for the National Health Service Corps and the loan program for health professions students. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 225(i) of the Public Health Service Act is amended by inserting before the period ", and $40,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975". SEC. 2. (a) Section 742(a) of the Public Health Service Act is amended by striking out "and" after "1973," and by inserting after "1974" the following: ", and $60,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975". (b) Section 740(b)(4) of such Act is amended by striking out "1974" and inserting in lieu thereof "1975". SEC. 3. (a) Section 824 of the Public Health Service Act is amended— (1) by striking out "and" after "1973,"; and (2) by inserting after "1974," the first time it appears the following: "and $35,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975,". (b) Section 822(b)(4) of such Act is amended by striking out "1974" and inserting in lieu thereof "1975". Approved August 23, 1974.
