Private Law 93-63 AN ACT For the relief of Mrs. Jozefa Sokolowska Domanskl. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assemMed^ That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mrs. Jozefa Sokolowska Domanski shall be held and considered to be within the purview of section 203(a)(2) of that Act and the provisions of section 204 of that Act shall not be applicable in this case. Private Law 93-64 AN ACT For the relief of Mahmood Shareef Suleiman. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled., That the periods of time Mahmood Shareef Suleiman has resided in the United States and any State since his lawful admission for permanent residence in February 1957, shall be held and considered to meet the residence and physical presence requirements of section 316 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. In this case the petition for naturalization may be filed with any court having naturalization jurisdiction. Approved April 12, 1974.

Private Law 93-65 AN ACT For the relief of Vo Thi Suong (Niui Anne Hoyt). Be it enacted by the Senate and HOUMC of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Vo Thi Suong (Nini Anne Hoyt) may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Lieutenant Colonel and Mrs. Max B. Hoyt, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Approved April 12, 1974.
