Joint Resolution
IJIQ authorize the Secretary of the Senate to pay compensation to Phan Thi Yen.
Resol/ved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That notwithstanding any other provision of law, the citizenship or nationality of Phan Thi Yen shall not prohibit the Secretary of the Senate from paying compensation, for a period not to exceed twelve months, to the said Phan Thi Yen while serving as an employee of the Senate. Approved July 21, 1975.
