Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Jesus Cortez Pineda may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of such Act upon approval of a petition filed in his behalf by Mr, and Mrs. David Pineda, a citizen of the United States and a lawfully resident alien, respectively, pursuant to section 204 of the said Act: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or sisters of the said Jesus Cortez Pineda shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or stptus under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Approved December 23, 1975.
