Defense production Act of 1950, amendment; National Commission on Productivity and Work Quality, funding extension. 50 USC app. 2166. 15 USC 1026.
To extend by ninety days the expiration date of the Defense Production Act of 1950 and to extend the funding of the National Commission on Productivity and Work Quality for ninety days.
Resolved T)y the Senate aind House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the first sentence of section 717(a) of the Defense Production Act of 1950 is amended by striking out "June 30, 1975" and inserting in lieu thereof "September 30, 1975". SEC. 2. Subsection (j) of Public Law 93-311 is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new sentence: "In addition, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this section during the period from July 1, 1975, through September 30, 1975.". Approved June 28, 1975.
