PUBLIC LAW 94-99—SEPT. 29, 1975 otherwise ordered by the Senate, the Chair shall direct the Clerk to call the roU on the fibaal disposition of the disappi-'oval resolution without any further debate or intervening motion, any other rule or provision of law notwithstanding.
