Public Law 94-108 94th Congress An Act Oct. 8, 1975 [H.R. 7715]

To extend until the close of June 30, 1978, the period during which certain dyeing and tanning materials may be imported free of duty.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That (a) item 907.80 of the Appendix to the Tariff Schedules of the United States (19 U.S.C. 1202) is amended by striking out "9/30/75" and inserting in lieu thereof "6/30/78". (b) The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption after September 30, 1975. Approved October 8, 1975.
