Public Law 94-7 94th Congress Joint Resolution Making further continuing appropriations for the fiscal year 1975, and for other purposes.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That clause (c) of section 102 of the joint resohition of June 30, 1974 (Public Law 93-324, as amended by Public Law 93-448 and Public Law 93-570), is hereby further amended by striking out "February 28, 1975 and inserting in lieu thereof "Juiie 30, 1975" and that clause (d) of section 101 of said joint resolution is amended by striking out "titles VI and IX " and inserting "title IX ": Provided however, That, notwithstanding any other provision of this joint resolution or any other Act, the appropriations and funds made available and authority granted pursuant to the fourth unnumbered clause of section 101(b) and sections 112 and 114 of such joint resolution as amended relating to foreign assistance and related programs appropriations shall remain available until March 25, 1975.
