Tennessee Valley Authority. Bonds, increase.
To amend section 15d of the Tennessee Valley Authority Act of 1933 to increase the amount of bonds which may be issued by the Tennessee Valley Authority, and for other purposes.
Be it eruicted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That (a) the first sentence of subsection (a) of section 15d of the Tennessee Valley Authority Act of 1933, as amended (16 U.S.C. 831n-4), is amended by striking out "$5,000,000,000" and inserting in lieu thereof "$15,000,000,000". (b) The first sentence of subsection (e) of section 15d of the Tennessee Valley Authority Act of 1933, as amended (16 U.S.C. 831n-4), is amended by striking out "December 31 and". Approved November, 28, 1975.
