PUBLIC LAW 94-11—MAR. 26, 1975 other material so requested or (B) a certification by the President, personally, that he has forbidden the furnishing thereof pursuant to such request and his reason for so doing. SEC. 603. No part of any appropriation contained in this Act shall remain available for obligation beyond the current fiscal year unless expressly so provided herein. SEC. 504. None of the funds contained in this Act shall be used to furnish petroleum fuels produced in the continental United States to Southeast Asia for use by non-United States nationals. SEC. 505. No part of any appropriation, funds, or other authority contained in this Act shall be available for paying to the Administrator of the General Services Administration in excess of 90 per centum of the standard level user charge established pursuant to section 210 (j) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended, for space and services. This Act may be cited as the "Foreign Assistance and Belated Programs Appropriations Act, 1975". Approved March 26, 1975.
