E X P E N S E S, UNITED STATES COURT FACILITIES FURNITURE AND FURNISHINGS

For necessary expenses, not otherwise provided for, to provide furniture and furnishings for the United States Courts, including the Administrative Office of the United States Courts and the Federal J u d i c i a l Center, $4,940,000, to be available for transfer to the General Services Administration which shall be responsible for administering the program i n compliance with standards or guidelines prescribed by the Director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts under the supervision and direction of the Judicial Conference of the United States. For expenses necessary for the Commission on Civil Rights, including hire of passenger motor vehicles, $9,450,000. COMMISSION ON SECURITY AND COOPERATION I N EUROPE SALARIES A N D EXPENSES
