Not to exceed $6,205,000 of any proceeds received by the General Services Administration during the current fiscal year from transfers of excess property and the disposal of surplus real and related personal property shall be deposited to this appropriation, and shall be available for necessary expenses incurred in the Federal Buildings F u n d in carrying out surplus property functions, pursuant to the L and and W a t e r Conservation Act of 1965, as amended (16 U.S.C. 460 1-5).
