For liquidation of obligations incurred for airport development under authority contained in section 14 of Public Law 91-258, as amended, to be derived from the A i r p o r t and Airway T r u s t F u n d and to remain available until expended, $355,000,000; and for a i r p o r t planning grants $15,000,000 to be derived from the A i r p o r t and Airway Trust F u n d and to remain available until expended: Provided, That the sum appropriated for airport p l a n n i n g grants shall be available for obligation upon the date of enactment of this Act. For expenses incident to the care, operation, maintenance, improvement, and protection of the federally owned civil airports in the vicinity of the District of Columbia, including purchase of ten passenger motor vehicles for police type use, for replacement only; and purchase of two motor bikes for replacement only; purchase, cleaning, and repair of uniforms; and arms and ammunition; $20,700,000.
