Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 612(m) of the Railroad Revitalization and Regulatory Reform Act of 1976, Public Law 94-210, is amended by striking " (h) " and inserting in lieu thereof " (i) " and by striking " (i) " and inserting in lieu thereof

SEC. 2. Section 209(c) of the Regional Rail Reorganization Act of 1973 (45 U.S.C. 719(c)(4)), is amended by striking "February 10, 1976" and inserting in lieu thereof "February 17, 1976". SEC. 3. Section 301(i) of the Regional Rail Reorganization Act of 1973 (45 U.S.C. 741 (i)) is amended by striking "in his capacity as a director of the Corporation" and inserting in lieu thereof "in his capacity as a director of the Association". Approved February 17, 1976.
