rp^ amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to increase the authorization for the National Study Commission.

Be it enacted by the Senate and B.ouse of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That subsection (h) of section 315 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act is amended by striking out "$17,000,000." and inserting in lieu thereof
authorization. 33 USC 1325.
