SEC. 2. It is the sense of the Congress that pursuant to section 902 Special of the foregoing Covenant, and in any case within ten years from the representatives, date of the enactment of this resolution, the President of the United appointment by States should request, on behalf of the United States, the designation {jcin "ggg^^*^'^ of special representatives to meet and to consider in good faith such ^ usc'^i^^i issues affecting the relationship between the Northern INIariana Islands ^^^^^ and the United States as may be designated by either Government and to make a report and recommendations with respect thereto. Approved March 24, 1976.
