PUBLIC LAW 94-276—APR. 21, 1976 " (e) Not later than sixty days after the date of enactment of appropriations to carry out this section, and at the end of each quarter thereafter, the President shall transmit a report to the Committees on Foreign Relations and Appropriations of the Senate and to the Speaker of the House of Representatives on the programing and obligations of funds under this section.".
