PUBLIC LAW 94-294—MAY 28, 1976 AUTHORIZATION

SEC. 20. There is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated such funds as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act. The funds so appropriated shall not be available for payment of the expenses or expenditures of the Beef Board in administering any provisions of any order issued pursuant to the terms of this Act. SEC. 21. This Act shall take effect upon enactment. Approved May 28, 1976.
