Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the admin- Mary Saxton. istration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mrs. Mary Saxton (Mary Nuku), the widow of a citizen of the United States, shall be held and considered to be within the purview of section 201(b) of that Act and the provisions of section 204 of such Act shall not be 8 USC 1151. applicable in this case. 8 USC 1154. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstand- Leonard A. ing the provision of section 212(a) (23) of the Immigration and Brownrigg. Nationality Act, Leonard Alfred Brownrigg may be issued a visa and 8 USC 1182. admitted to the United States for permanent residence if he is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided, That this exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice had knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act. Adams and Shakar Adams, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the 8 USC 1154. natural parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
