(56) In section 402(f)(2) of the Regional Rail Reorganization Act of 1973 (as amended by section 805(a) of the bill), strike out ", until the expiration of 3 years after the completion of the project or undertaking referred to in paragraph (1) of this subsection,". (57) In subsection (f) of section 17 of the Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964 (as added by section 808 of the bill), strike out "as follows:" and all that follows through "expended.", and insert in lieu thereof a period and the following new sentence: "There are authorized to be appropriated for liquidation of the obligations incurred under this section not to exceed $40,000,000 by September 30, 1976, $95,000,000 by September 30, 1977, and $125,000,000 by September 30, 1978, such sums to remain available until expended.". (58) In section 809(c) of the bill, insert a comma immediately after "Act" the second time it appears. (59) In section 901(8) of the bill, insert a comma immediately after "rolling stock".
