(5) AMENDMENT or SECTION 3125.—Section 3125(c) (relating to returns in the case of Governmental employees in the District of Columbia) is amended by striking out "Commissioners of the District of Columbia or such agents as they may designate" and by inserting in lieu thereof "Mayor of the District of Columbia or such agents as he may designate".
