PUBLIC LAW 94-000—MMMM. DD, 1976

PUBLIC LAW 94-475—OCT. 11, 1976 SEC. 5. The Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency shall transmit to the Congress, within 6 months after the date of enactment of this Act, a comprehensive 5-year plan for environmental research, development, and demonstration. This plan shall be appropriately revised annually, and such revisions shall be transmitted to the Congress no later than two weeks after the President submits his annual budget to the Congress in such year. Approved October 11, 1976.
