Public Law 95-141 95th Congress An Act Oct. 23, 1977 [S. 2169] Hubert H. Humphrey Building. Designation.

To name a certain Federal building in Washington, District of Columbia, the "Hubert H. Humphrey Building".

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the South Portal Federal Office Building of the United States Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, located at 200 Independence Avenue Southwest, in Washington, District of Columbia, is hereby designated as the "Hubert H. Humphrey Building". Any reference in any law, regulation, document, record, map, or other paper of the United States to such building shall be considered to be a reference to the Hubert H. Humphrey Building. Approved October 23, 1977.
