National Commission on New Technological Uses of Copyrighted Works, extension. 17 USC 201 note.

To extend by seven months the term of the National Commission on New Technological Uses of Copyrighted Works.

Be it enacted by the Senate cmd House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That section 206(b) of Public Law 93-573 is amended to read as follows: "(b) On or before July 31, 1978 the Commission shall submit to the President and the Congress a final report on its study and investigation which shall include its recommendations and such proposals for legislation and administrative action as may be necessary to carry out its recommendations.". Approved October 28, 1977.
