PUBLIC LAW 95-176—NOV. 14, 1977 SEC. 6. Section 5025(b) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 is amended by inserting ", or the extracted oils of such," after "other natural aromatics". SEC. 7. The amendments made by this Act shall take effect on the first day of the first calendar month which begins more than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act. Approved November 14, 1977.
