TITLE III—MISCELLANEOUS AND EFFECTIVE DATE PROVISIONS SEC. 301. Section 322(b) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking out "$74" and inserting in lieu thereof "$79". SEC. 302. The provisions of this Act shall take effect January 1, Effective date. 1978.
