PUBLIC LAW 95-215—DEC. 19, 1977 SEC. 9. Section 4839 of the Revised Statutes (24 U.S.C. 165) is amended by inserting after the fourth sentence the following: "With
- ^® approval of the Secretary of the Treasury, the disbursing agent
may invest funds of the account in excess of current needs in interestbearing obligations of the United States with maturities suitable for the needs of the account, and any interest on such investment shall be credited to and form a part of the account.". Approved December 19, 1977.
