Appropriation SEC. 4 (a) There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out the tA^frcir !!*1^"" provisions of this Act, not to exceed $575,000 for acquisition of land 16 UbC 461 note. ^^^^ interests in lands, and not to exceed $420,000 for development, not more than $50,000 of which may be made available for the purposes of section 3 of this Act. " mittee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate a general management plan for the use and development of the site consistent with the purposes of this Act, indicating— (1) the lands and interests in lands adjacent or related to the site which are deemed necessary or desirable for the purposes of resource protection, scenic integrity, or management and administration of the area in furtherance of the purposes of this Act and the estimated cost thereof; (2) the number of visitors and types of public use within the site which can be accommodated in accordance with the protection of its resources; and (3) the location and estimated cost of facilities deemed • necessary to accommodate such visitors and uses.
