Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 403 of the Indian F i n a n c i n g Act of 1974 (88 Stat. 77, 83), is amended to read as follows: " SEC. 403. There are authorized to be appropriated not to exceed ^^e sum of $14,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1978 and 1979 for the purposes of this title.". Approved July 20, 1977.
