Disaster relief. Supplemental appropriation.
Making an urgent supplemental appropriation for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977, for disaster relief.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sum is appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977, namely: FUNDS A P P R O P R I A T E D TO THE P R E S I D E N T FEDERAL DISASTER ASSISTANCE ADMINISTRATION DISASTER R E L I E F
For an additional amount for "Disaster relief", $200,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That not to exceed 3 per centum of the foregoing amount shall be available for administrative expenses. Approved March 21, 1977.
