TITLE V—GENERAL PROVISIONS SEC. 501. No part of any appropriation contained in this Act shall Fiscal year remain available for obligation beyond the current fiscal year unless limitation, expressly so provided herein. This Act may be cited as the "Public Works for Water and Power Short title. Development and Energy Research Appropriation Act, 1978". Approved August 7, 1977.
