SEC. 302. Section 8(a)(1) of the Board for International Broadcasting Act of 1973 (22 U.S.C. 2877(a)(1)) is amended by striking out "$68,980,000" and "$5,000,000" and inserting in lieu thereof "$79,448,000" and "$8,500,000", respectively. COMPOSITION OF BOARD

SEC. 303. Section 3(b) of the Board for International Broadcasting Act of 1973 (22 U.S.C. 2872(b)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1) — (A) by amending the first sentence to read as follows: "The Board shall consist of seven members, two of whom shall be I; i

ex officio members."; and

(B) by striking out "of E,FE/RL, Incorporated, shall be an ex officio member" in the last sentence and inserting in lieu thereof "and the chairman of the Board of Directors of R F E / RL, Incorporated, shall be ex officio members"; and (2) by amending paragraph (4) to read as follows: "(4) TERM OF OFFICE OF E X OFFICIO MEMBERS.—An ex officio mem-

ber of the Board shall serve on the Board during his or her term of service as chief operating executive or as chairman of the Board of Directors of R F E / R L, Incorporated, as the case may be.". REPRESENTATIONAL EXPENSES

SEC. 304. (a) Section 4(a) of the Board for International Broadcasting Act of 1973 (22 U.S.C. 2873(a)) is amended— (1) by redesignating paragraphs (8) and (9) as paragraphs (9) and (10), respectively; and (2) by inserting the following new paragraph (8) immediately after paragraph (7): "(8) to make available for its own use or for the use of R F E / RL, Incorporated, for official reception and representational expenses not to exceed $65,000 of the funds made available to carry out this Act each fiscal year;". (b) The amendment made by subsection (a)(2) of this section does not apply with respect to funds appropriated before the date of enactment of this Act. >., DISCLOSURE OF CONTRIBUTIONS

SEC. 305. Section 5(c) of the Board for International Broadcasting Act of 1973 (22 U.S.C. 2874(c)) is amended by inserting "(including a contribution made to any corporation or other entity having a principal purpose of receiving private contributions on behalf of R F E / R L, Incorporated)" immediately after "a contribution to R F E / RL, Incorporated,". AMENDMENTS

SEC. 306. (a) Section 8(a)(1) of the Board for International Broadcasting Act of 1973 (22 U.S.C. 2877(a)(1)) is amended by striking out "Radio Free Europe and Radio Liberty" and inserting in lieu thereof " R F E / R L, Incorporated". (b) Section 8(b) of such Act (22 USC. 2877(b)) is amended by striking out "Radio Free Europe and Radio Liberty" and inserting in lieu thereof " R F E / R L, Incorporated".
