F'oi' necessarv expenses to carrv out the National Foundation on the Ai-ts and the Hmnanities Act of 1965. as amended. $111,935,000, of 20 USC 951 note, which S102.160.000 shall be available to the National Endowment for the Arts foi- the support of projects and productions in the arts through assistance to groups and individuals pursuant to section 5(c) of the Act. of which not less than 20 per centum of the funds provicled 20 USC 954. for section 5(c) shall be available for assistance pursuant to section 5(g) of the Act. and $9,775,000 shall be available for administering the f mictions of the Act.
