PUBLIC LAW 95-244—MAR. 14, 1978 (c) The Secretary shall submit an annual estimate of the anticipated payments which may be made in accordance with the provisions of this Act to the Committees on Appropriations of the United States Senate and House of Representatives. There are authorized to be appropriated an amount not to exceed $1,500,000 for fiscal year 1979 and an amount not to exceed $1,500,000 for fiscal year 1980 to carry out the provisions of this Act: Provided, That any appropriations made pursuant to this Act shall be reduced by the amount of any payments made to said districts pursuant to the Acts of September 23, 1950 (64 Stat. 906), as amended (20 U.S.C. 631 et seq.), and September 30, 1950 (64 Stat. 1100), as amended (20 U.S.C. 236 et seq.). Any amount appropriated pursuant to this Act for any fiscal year shall remain available until expended. Approved March 14, 1978.
