Public Law 95-363 95th Congress An Act To amend the Independent Safety Board Act of 1974 to authorize additional appropriations.

Be it enacted by the Senate and HauBe of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That this Act may be cited as the "Independent Safety Board Act Amendment of 1978-'. SEC. 2. Section 309 of the Independent Safety Board Act of 1974 (49 U.S.C. 1907) is amended by adding at the end thereof the following: "There are authorized to lie appropriated for the purposes of this Act not to exceed $16,420,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1979, and $17,650,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1980, such sums to remain available until expended.".
