Public Law 95-589 95th Congress An Act Nov. 4, 1978 [H.R. 13903]

Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Board of Regents, term of service.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to provide that a member of the Board of Regents of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences whose term of office has expired shall continue to serve until a successor is appointed. Be it enacted by the Senate and Hoiise of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 2113(b) of title 10, United States Code, relating to the B o a r d of Eegents of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, is amended— (1) by striking out " and " at the end of paragraph (1); (2) by striking out the period at the end of paragraph (2) and inserting in lieu thereof "; and "; and (3) by adding at the end thereof the following new paragraph: " (3) any member whose term of office has expired shall continue to serve until his successor is appointed.". Approved November 4, 1978.
