of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper officer to deduct one number from the total number of immigrant visas and conditional entries which are made available to natives of the country of the alien's birth under paragraph (1) through paragraph (8) of section 203(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1153(a)(l)-1153(a)(8)). Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the admin- Michelle Lagrosa istration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Michelle Lagrosa Sese may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101 8 USC 1101 note. (b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Rosauro Edrosa and Nieves Lagrosa Sese, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the natural 8 USC 1154. parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Ainerlca in Congress assembled, That in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mrs, Amelia Doria Nicholson, the widow of a citizen of the United States, shall be held and considered to be within the purview of section 201(b) of that Act, and the provisions of section 204 of that Act shall not be applicable in this case.
