Private Law 95-116 95th Congress An Act For the relief of Chester Chun Ket Young (also known as Chun-Kit Yeung). Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Ametica in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Chester Chun Ket Young (also known as Chun-Kit Y e u n g), may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 1 0 1 (b)(1)(F) of such Act upon approval of a petition filed on his behalf by Mr. and Mrs. K w a n Loy Young, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of such Act. No natural parent, brother or sister, or prior adoptive parent, of Chester Chun Ket Young (also known as Chun-Kit Y e u n g), shall, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under such Act.
