Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraphs (9) and (23) of section 212(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Brigitte Marie Harwood may be admitted to the United States for permanent residence if she is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of such Act. This Act applies solely to the grounds for exclusion under such paragraphs known to the Secretary of State or the Attorney General prior to the date of enactment of this Act.
