Private Law 95 159 95th Congress An Act Nov. 2, 1978 [H.R. 1748]

For the relief of Oarmela Scudieri.

Be it enacted 2>y the Senate and House of Representatives of the Cannela Scudieri. United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for purposes 8 USC 1101 note. of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Carmela Scudieri shall be entitled to classification as a preference immigrant under section 203 8 USC 1153. (a)(5) of the Act, upon submission of a petition filed in her behalf by Maria Nigro, a citizen of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of 8 USC 1154. the Act. Approved November 2, 1978.

For the relief of Karin Ehard.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That for the purposes of sections 203(a)(1) and 204 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Karin Ehard shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien daughter of Earl S. Boutelle, a citizen of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Approved November 2, 1978.

For the relief of Paz A. Norona.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Attorney General is authorized and directed to cancel any outstanding orders and warrants of deportation, warrants of arrest, and bond, which may have issued in the case of Paz A. Norona. From and after the date of the enactment of this Act, the said Paz A. Norona shall not again be subject to deportation by reason of the same facts upon which such deportation proceedings were commenced or any such warrants and orders have issued. Approved November 2, 1978.
