Section 661 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 is Appropriation amended in the first sentence by striking out "$3,000,000 of the funds ^^*£.°V^^£°"made available for the purposes of this Act for the fiscal year 1979" 22 USC 2421 and inserting in lieu thereof "$3,800,000 of the funds made available for the purposes of this Act for the fiscal year 1980".
