For necessary expenses of the Office of the Solicitor, $15,741,000. OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY DEPARTMENTAL MANAGEMENT
For necessary expenses of the Office of the Secretary of the Interior, including necessary expenses for certain operations that provide departmentwide services, including not less than $9,000,000 for an Office of Construction Management, $49,344,000, of which not to exceed $5,000 may be for official reception and representation expenses. SALARIES AND EXPENSES (SPECIAL FOREIGN CURRENCY PROGRAMS)
For payment in foreign currencies which the Treasury Department shall determine to be excess to the normal requirements of the United States, for necessary expenses of the Office of the Secretary, as authorized by law, $1,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That this appropriation shall be available, in addition to other appropriations, to such office for payments in the foregoing currencies (7 U.S.C. 1704).
