ip^ terminate the authority to make grants to the Las VMBS Vallwr Water District under the Act of August 27, 1954.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That effective on the date of enactment of this Act, the Act of August 27, 1954, entitled "An Act granting to the Las Vegas Valley Water District, a public corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nevada, certain public lands of the United States in the State of Nevada" (68 Stat. 864) is hereby repealed. SEC. 2. Nothing in this Act shall in any manner affect any grant made under the authority of the Act of August 27, 1954, prior to the effective date of this Act. Approved September 26, 1980.
