(3) to the Department of the Interior— (A) $3,000,000 for fiscal year 1981, (B) $4,000,000 for fiscal year 1982, and (O $5,000,000 for fiscal year 1983. Funds authorized by this section shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, funds authorized by any other Act. DISCLAIMEH 16 USC 2810.

SEC. 11. Nothing in this Act shall be construed to amend, repeal, or otherwise modify the authority of any Federal officer, depsortment, or agency to perform any function, responsibility, or activity authorized under any other provision of law. Approved September 26, 1980.
