Q. Production Act of 1950, extension.
f£Q extend by sixty days the expiration date of the Defense Production Act of 1950.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the first sentence of section 717(a) of the Defense Production Act of 1950 (50 U.S.C. App. 2166(a)) is amended by striking out "March 28, 1980" and inserting in lieuthereof "May 27, 1980". Approved April 3, 1980.
