PUBLIC LAW 96-289—JUNE 28, 1980 compensation under such Act, filed within 90 days after the date of enactment of this subsection shall be deemed to be timely filed, (b) Section 10(c)(1) of the Fishermens Protective Act of 1967 (22 U.S.C. 1980) is amended by striking "sixty" and substituting "90" Approved June 28, 1980.
