ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION SALARIES A N D EXPENSES
For necessary expenses of administering the economic development assistance programs as provided for by law, $40,000,000: Provided, That not to exceed $300,000 may be advanced to the Small Business Administration for processing of loan applications: Provided further. That these funds may also be used to monitor projects approved pursuant to title I of the Public Works Employment Act of 1976.

For expenses necessary to carry out the provisions of the Fishermen's Protective Act of 1967, as amended, $930,000, to be derived 22 USC I97i from the receipts collected pursuant to that Act, to remain available "°*®until expended. COASTAL ENERGY IMPACT FUND (RESCISSION)
