(c) LAND EXCHANGE.—As a land exchange, contingent upon Arctic Slope Regional Corporation's relinquishment of lands described in subsection (b) and upon conveyance of lands described in paragraph (4) below, and subject to valid existing rights, (1) the Secretary shall convey to Arctic Slope Regional Corporation all right, title, and interest of the United States in the following described lands, subject to valid existing rights and to the terms, conditions, procedures, covenants, reservations, and restrictions specified in the Terms and Conditions": Umiat Meridian Township 13 south, range 4 east, sections 1 through 36; Township 14 south, range 3 east, sections 9 through 16, 21 through 28,32 through 36; Township 15 south, range 3 east, sections 25 through 30, 33 through 36; Township 15 south, range 4 east, sections 6, 7,18 through 36; and Township 16 south, range 3 east, sections 1 through 3, 6, 7, 9 through 16,18 through 30. (2) Subject to valid existing rights, the Secretary shall convey to Arctic Slope Regional Corporation all right, title and interest of the United States in the following described lands subject to the terms,
