Civil Rights Commission Act of 1980 42 USC 1975 note.

-TQ amend section 106 of the Civil Rights Act of 1957 to authorize appropriations for the Commission on Civil Rights for the fiscal year 1981.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That this Act may be cj^ed as the "Civil Rights Commission Authorization Act of 1980". SEC. 2. Section 106 of the Civil Rights Act of 1957 (42 U.S.C. 1975e) is amended (1) by striking out "$14,000,000" and inserting in lieu thereof "$12,600,000"; and (2) by striking out "1980" and inserting in lieu thereof "1981". Approved October 13, 1980.
